Our volunteers

Marine Rescue Cottage Point supports diversity and welcomes members from all walks of life. We have 70 members who have received training by Marine Rescue NSW (we are a Registered Training Organisation, RTO# 70223) that complies with the requirements of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority. We are arranged into 12 duty teams covering Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (except Christmas Day). We provide emergency call out service at non-operational times on a volunteer basis.
