Training
Comprehensive Training & Safety Excellence
Marine Rescue Cottage Point, in partnership with Marine Rescue NSW, delivers high‑quality training through professionally qualified instructors. Our members undertake Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation courses, ensuring they are fully prepared to act as effective first responders during medical emergencies.
All members also receive essential fire‑fighting and sea survival training, along with licensed marine radio operator certification, maintaining the highest standards of safety and clear communication on the water. We regularly train alongside Toll Group for winch operations and collaborate in search and rescue exercises with other Marine Rescue units to ensure operational readiness and teamwork in real‑world conditions.
