Our Partners and Supporters

The Kuring-Gai Motor Yacht Club (KMYC) plays a crucial role in supporting Marine Rescue Cottage Point by providing our base and access to a jetty for operations. This partnership ensures the members have a secure location to coordinate their activities and maintain their vessels.  In addition to these facilities, KMYC offers day-to-day support, assisting with logistical needs and helping to maintain readiness for emergencies on the water. This ongoing collaboration enhances safety and response capabilities within the local boating community.

The Bobbin Head Cruising Club & Empire Bay Marina support Marine Rescue Cottage Point, which gives us the opportunity to participate in their charity days and BBQ events. This partnership helps strengthen community ties and promotes boating safety within our local area.

Royal Motor Yacht Club supports Marine Rescue Cottage Point by providing an opportunity to help raise much-needed funds through the sale of meat raffle tickets. This initiative allows members and visitors to contribute directly to the ongoing efforts of Marine Rescue, ensuring they have the resources required to maintain their vital operations.

Cottage Point residents have supplied significant funds recently to assist with Marine Rescue Cottage Point vessel repairs and have also shown strong support for community events. Their contributions have been instrumental in maintaining the operational readiness of the rescue vessel and fostering a sense of unity within the local area.

Cottage Point Rural Fire Service supports us by generously allowing the use of their station for training sessions and meetings. Their collaboration also extends to inter-agency training, which is invaluable for the remote community of Cottage Point. This partnership strengthens local emergency preparedness and fosters a strong sense of community resilience.
